Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department (ED) in Fort Lee, New Jersey.

Job Description & Requirements

Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients, including assessing patients, developing and documenting nursing care and discharge plans, and administering medications and interventions. Supervises nursing attendants and ancillary staff in patient care activities.

Education, Training & Experience:

• New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse with current registration or valid permit to practice in New York State as an RN.
• BSN Degree preferred.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS Training, Infection Control Training.
• Certification in specialty preferred.
• Effective English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems.

At least 2 years of ED RN experience is required.
