• Shift: 12-hour shifts, days and nights
• Employment Type: Staff

We are looking for a dynamic Emergency Room RN to join our team. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker, decision-maker, and multitasker, willing to adapt to changing circumstances. You will provide nursing care for patients with a range of conditions, from minor injuries to critical illnesses. Join a supportive, collaborative team committed to delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

1. Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages.
2. Develop individualized care plans with expected outcomes.
3. Manage multiple cases simultaneously, providing general nursing care and continuous prioritization.
4. Provide follow-up care instructions and make necessary referrals.
5. Coordinate with physicians and hospital departments, maintaining patient focus and safety.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience required.
• Candidates with 3+ years of RN experience and a valid compact license (must apply for Florida license) will be considered.
• Less than 3 years of RN experience? Candidates must pass the FL NCLEX to be considered.
• Associate Degree or RN Diploma.
• BLS certification required before start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of start.
• ACLS (or ACLS Instructor) certification within 90 days of start.
• PALS (or PALS Instructor) certification within 90 days of start.
