  • Assess patient condition during admission and shifts, report changes promptly.
  • Administer medications, monitor responses, document care thoroughly.
  • Respond to patient needs promptly, educate patients and families about care plans.
Qualifications
  • Current RN license in Texas or a Compact state.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Medical/Surgical experience preferred.
  • Effective communication skills, computer proficiency, and ability to empathize.
