We are looking for an experienced Staff R&D Engineer to join a mature Start-Up Medical Device company. This role focuses on the design and development of advanced medical devices and accessories, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring groundbreaking solutions from concept to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of single-use medical devices and accessories.
• Ensure adherence to design control processes, enabling manufacturability, reliability, and scalability.
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications and engineering requirements.
• Utilize SolidWorks to create detailed models, assemblies, and engineering drawings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years experience within Medical Device industry
• Experience with Catheter development
• Proven track record of taking new designs from concept to commercialization.
