Job summary

Kenvue Inc. is seeking a Staff Quality Specialist, Commercial Quality to provide regional quality support for NA commerce, transportation, and customer service operations.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality controls and ensure cGMP compliance across the supply chain and consumer delivery. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in a regulated industry, strong CAPA and risk assessment experience, and the ability to influence outcomes in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a scientific/engineering field.
• Experience in FDA- or Health Canada-regulated industries.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements across regulated product categories.
• Experience leading complex or strategic quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional quality support for North America commerce, transportation, and customer service.
• Strengthen quality controls and improve service models across cross-functional teams.
• Lead or support CAPA, risk assessments, and quality reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Coach and develop partners on quality-system requirements and process improvements.
