Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Staff Psychologist, GS-13, to provide clinical psychology services in VHA.

A doctoral degree in psychology from an APA/PCSAS/CPA accredited program, successful completion of an APA/CPA internship, and a current unrestricted license to practice psychology are required. EDRP eligibility applies; details and award amounts are determined by the VA Education Loan Repayment Services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of, and ability to apply, professional psychological treatments to diverse patient populations.
• Ability to provide professional advice and consultation in psychology and behavioral health.
• Knowledge of clinical research literature.
• Experience with geriatric populations and home-based care is preferred.
