Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a psychologist at the GS-11 to GS-13 level to provide evidence-based clinical care and consultation.

The role involves independent practice in psychology with opportunities to participate in research and program development within a VA medical facility. Applicants must meet APA/PCSAS/CPA education standards, complete an APA/CPA-accredited internship, and hold an unrestricted psychologist license.

Qualifications

• Must hold a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS or CPA-accredited program or meeting equivalent conditions.
• Must have completed APA/CPA-accredited internship training.
• License to practice psychology at the doctoral level in the U.S. or D.C. is required; temporary license options exist for certain applicants.
