Under administrative oversight at CAPS, the Staff Psychologist will provide comprehensive clinical, consultative, emergency, and psycho-educational services, ensuring adherence to national professional association ethical standards and compliance with state and federal laws related to service delivery, record keeping, and documentation. The role also involves developing and providing outreach programs to the campus community, fostering a supportive environment that promotes the academic success and well-being of students. We seek a generalist with well-developed clinical skills, and significant experience and interest in outreach and community engagement. CAPS is looking to fill three (3) staff psychologist positions from this posting.
Doctoral Degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
Licensed Psychologist or licensed eligible in the State of Ohio (must obtain license in the State of Ohio within six (6) months of date of hire).
Three (3) years of clinical counseling experience.

Compensation and Benefits
As a UC employee, and an employee of an Ohio public institution, if hired you will not contribute to the federal Social Security system, other than contributions to Medicare. Instead, UC employees have the option to contribute to a state retirement plan (OPERS, STRS) or an alternative retirement plan (ARP).
