Talkiatry was built for Psychiatrists, by Psychiatrists, offering the stability and support of a hospital group with the autonomy of a private practice. We are currently interviewing Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to join our expanding team and improve access to behavioral health care nationwide.

Your Qualifications:

• Board Certified by the ANCC as a PMHNP
• At least 4 years’ post-graduate experience as a PMHNP, preferably in telehealth; prior RN experience in psychiatry is a plus
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active license and DEA; licensure support available
• For CA licensed PMHNPs: 3 years or 4,600 hours of experience or 103 NPCertification

• Experience in mental health evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and supportive therapy
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records
• Passion for high-quality care and virtual psychiatry
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing education and evidence-based practice
• Proactive, ethical, and collaborative work approach
• Only experienced, board-certified PMHNPs will be considered

Salary range: $180,000 - $215,000 annually

Includes base salary plus monthly productivity incentives, guaranteed during onboarding.

We offer in-network outpatient treatment for children and adults with various mental health disorders. We do not provide inpatient or partial hospitalization services. Our goal is to improve access to quality outpatient psychiatry through clinician support, modern tools, and a collaborative environment.
