• Demonstrated ability to consolidate and communicate data clearly to varied audiences.
• Experience bringing together collaborator needs and expectations to drive alignment.

Who You Are

As a Staff Program Manager on the Program Management, Products team, you will be essential to Sila’s success in driving adoption of next-generation battery materials for consumer devices. You will work with a multi-functional set of Sila’s teams in Product Management, Research, Engineering, and Operations, taking ownership of cross-functional business and technical programs that enable the sales pipeline, including coordination with customer account managers, product managers, and the executive team. You are someone who can clearly translate business objectives into critical milestones and plans, driving decision-making and communicating scope, assumptions, and results across all stakeholders. You will also refine program management tools and processes, with a focus on purpose and value, while cultivating strong, collaborative relationships and promoting an encouraging program team environment.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering or physical sciences.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the battery industry.
• Minimum of 5+ years as a program manager for hardware development.
• Demonstrated ability to consolidate and communicate data and trade-offs clearly to varied audiences.
• Experience bringing together collaborator needs and expectations, gaining and maintaining collaborator support, and closing gaps in differences to drive alignment.
• Excellent leadership, analytical thinking skills, organizational skills, and high attention to detail.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a laptop, copier/printer, etc. in a fixed location.
• Stationary for extended periods of time.

The starting base pay for this role is between $151,000 and $191,000 at the time of posting. The actual base pay depends on many factors, such as education, experience, and skills. Base pay is only one part of Sila’s competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
