Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead Power and Performance programs across CA and TX, coordinating SoC/IP/SW teams and global locations. You will align on milestones, drive objectives, and help optimize power and performance insights for next-gen server platforms.

You'll work in a matrixed environment, ramp tools for tracking milestones, and ensure cross-team collaboration to meet ambitious delivery goals in AI and data center workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS or related field.

Ensure AI is heavily leveraged to achieve peak efficiency.Bring up and ramp team on tooling as needed to easily track the trend for every milestone.Coordinate PnP platforms’ supply and demand across teams within program constraints and priorities.Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.• 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.Preferred qualifications• AI, data center, server platform, or high-performance computing experience.• Technical domain expertise in Power and Performance inluding system bring up, standard benchmarks, power measurement methods, etc.• Ability to drive teams towards long-term challenging goals and intermediate milestones, as well as navigating teams through short-term, highly visible priorities.• Proven skills: dealing with and resolving difficult and complex situations, thinking on the fly, and drive teams to meet business needs.Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
