You will define strategies, prioritize features, conduct market research, and gather user feedback while collaborating with engineers, designers, and analysts in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Requires 5+ years in product management and Agile familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in software development.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to define and execute product strategies that align with business goals.
• Gather and analyze market and customer data to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketing teams to develop and refine product roadmaps.
• Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to ensure our products meet customer needs and expectations.
• Measure product performance and iterate based on data‑driven insights.
• Represent Cascade East Inc. at industry events and conferences to showcase our products and solutions.
