This is a hands‑on product ownership role. You’ll define how each one works in practice, identify the capabilities Leap needs to run it, build or contract for those capabilities, establish the operating and performance model, and take it live. You’ll do this in close partnership with Sales, Legal, Clinical Affairs, Operations, and Client Success.
You’ll have the opportunity to build this capability at an early stage and shape how it scales. Success means turning complex benefit and operational requirements into models that can be implemented consistently across clients, deliver a strong member experience, and generate measurable savings.
