The Quickbooks CRM team delivers on the core customer benefit of growing their revenue and improving their lead-to-customer conversion rate. As Staff PM, you’ll be responsible for increasing SMB revenue growth through workflow and sales pipeline management features that directly impact their ability to prioritize, manage, and land higher-value jobs.

Join the Quickbooks CRM team to help us double revenue for small businesses globally. As Staff PM, you will focus on core features of the CRM offering:

  • Assist small businesses in managing sales and customer workflows through a new 0-to-1 capability.
  • Collaborate with other Intuit teams to create a comprehensive end-to-end SMB offering.
  • Work with engineers to rapidly iterate on the product experience to achieve product-market fit.
  • Test experiences and concepts with millions of eager users seeking enhanced customer management capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with design teams to conduct customer research and experiment to validate assumptions before full development, utilizing growth hacking and A/B testing.
  • Use user data to optimize workflows via AI lead scoring and sales insights, incorporating ML/AI and personalization.
  • Develop a product strategy for this new capability, fostering excitement and alignment across teams through data-driven storytelling.
  • Create innovative solutions for workflow management challenges faced by service-based SMBs, employing design thinking and user research.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to advance technical capabilities and manage business operations.

  • 6+ years of experience in designing and delivering software products as a Product Manager.
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise products.
  • Ability to develop and execute successful product roadmaps.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership in cross-functional teams delivering on-time, on-budget products.
  • Excellent project management skills for handling complex projects.
  • History of delivering customer-driven products with great user experiences.
  • Strong skills in A/B testing and data-driven product management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay, bonuses, equity, and benefits. The expected base pay range for this role in the Bay Area, California, is $180,500 - $244,000.
