Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a Staff Product Manager for CNN Newsource to lead the digital experience for partner networks. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, prioritizing investments based on customer impact and business value with data-informed recommendations.

You will translate user insights into requirements, collaborate with engineering and design, and define success metrics to drive measurable results while leveraging AI to accelerate workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning strategy and metrics.
• Ability to operate in moderately complex, ambiguous environments with limited guidance.
• Technical aptitude with CMS, MAM, CRM, integrations, and search tech.
• Experience translating user research into prioritized roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap for CNN Newsource's digital experience.
• Prioritize investments based on customer impact and business value with data-informed recommendations.
• Develop voice of the customer insights from stakeholders and affiliate partners.
• Translate insights into actionable requirements and investment plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship improvements with steady cadence.
• Define success metrics and use data to validate impact and inform iteration.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate PM workflows and improve output quality.
• Coordinate with editorial, sales, and business development to align with revenue goals.
• Influence executives with compelling plans and nurture best practices across the org.
