Job summary

Meyandy LLC is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Product Discovery Engine to lead search and discovery across multiple retail verticals. This role emphasizes outcomes and business impact over feature delivery, with a focus on relevance and automated improvements through ML/IR approaches.

You will start embedded with the Search Quality team, shaping strategy and roadmap, and later expand to chapter-wide leadership including recall, ranking, and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Own business impact, not features, with measurable lift in conversion, revenue per visit, and GMV.
• Deliver across every retail industry, accounting for catalog, language, and shopper intent.
• Translate ML/IR research into production wins with state-of-the-art capabilities.
• Set chapter vision and multi-quarter strategy aligned to customer outcomes.
• Lead Search Quality, improving relevance and correctness of results.
• Orchestrate recall, ranking, query understanding, and personalization as one definition of quality.
• Turn ML research into production wins by partnering with ML, data science, and engineering.
