Job summary

Dandelion Health seeks a Staff Product Manager – Life Sciences to own the product strategy for its data products. You will translate market insights into a clear vision, roadmap, and shipped outcomes, working with commercial, engineering, and data science to build scalable data products.

You will lead discovery, prioritize opportunities, and shape technical approaches, delivering end-to-end ownership in a small, fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years total experience, 4+ years building data products for life science or healthcare
• Strong product discovery and strategy skills with customer interviews
• Technical fluency with data infrastructure and LLMs for prototypes
• Experience partnering with engineering and data teams to deliver complex products
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity at an early-stage company

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for life science data products
• Lead product discovery and strategic research to inform roadmap decisions
• Identify high-impact opportunities to build scalable data products for life science and clinical development
• Translate strategy into clear requirements, success metrics, and prioritization
• Design AI-enabled automation and workflows to improve data access and clinical development processes
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to drive execution from concept through launch
• Evaluate product performance and guide future investment
• Stay current on life sciences and clinical AI trends to inform direction
