Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Member’s Mark Community team in Bentonville, AR. You will lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for internal products and platforms supporting community operations, research, insights, and co-creation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with 7 years of product management experience, or 9 years of PM experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience leading cross-functional, large-scale product initiatives.
• Experience with internal platforms, enterprise products, or cross-functional platform capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and MVP delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for internal Member’s Mark Community products and operational capabilities.
• Partner with research, merchandising, and product development teams to understand workflows and pain points.
• Build scalable platforms, workflows, automations, and integrations for community operations and product development.
• Drive prioritization, sequencing, and MVP definitions across multiple initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across business, engineering, analytics, and operations.
• Collaborate with Walmart/Sam’s Club teams to leverage existing platforms where possible.
