  • Lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders encompassing Safety, Engineering, Data Science, Program, and Product Managers to create evaluation products which provide high confidence, high frequency insights.
  • Act as the voice of the customers from the multiple internal GM teams across development to validation, ensuring evaluation products not just meet the needs of the customers but delight them by pushing the envelope on the insights that are possible and their scale.
  • Help drive a data-driven culture and establish and monitor key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Simulation Evaluation products.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward, even without a clear path.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Proven ability to balance tradeoffs between user needs and expectations, technical requirements and constraints and business objectives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing, with the ability to effectively balance and integrate vision, strategy, and technical details in a cohesive narrative.
