You’ll prototype with AI tools, translate vision into execution, and measure success with business metrics. This role emphasizes ownership, urgency, and a strong customer signal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related roles with ownership of outcomes.
• Experience building platform or admin-facing B2B products.
• Direct exposure to enterprise buyers and admins.
• Domain expertise in organizational/human transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a meaningful product area driving platform value.
• Lead a cross-functional squad toward measurable outcomes.
• Spend time with customers for discovery and validation.
