Job summary

Horizon3.ai seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead NodeZero’s data platform strategy, DBaaS evolution, and ML infrastructure. You will own the vision for relational, graph, and vector data services, scalable APIs, and the asset/attack graph, driving cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, finance, and leadership to deliver measurable platform value.

You will balance data reliability, security, and cost efficiency with innovation, defining success metrics and guiding product decisions

• Strong technical depth in data infrastructure, database architecture, ML platforms, and cloud services.
• Excellent product judgment and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Data Platform Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for NodeZero’s data services and ML platform.
• DBaaS Ownership: Lead evolution of relational, graph, and vector data services with provisioning, scaling, migrations, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Asset and Attack Graph Infrastructure: Own strategy for the unified asset and attack graph with complex data relationships and scalable access.
• Data Architecture, APIs, and Integrations: Define scalable data models, query APIs, and data pipelines with engineering.
• Machine Learning Platform Strategy: Own ML infrastructure, training pipelines, feature stores, experiment tracking, and deployment.
• Training Data and Data Quality: Curate, version, and document training datasets; ensure data quality and governance.
• Platform Reliability and Operational Excellence: Establish SLOs, observability, DR, and cost-efficient operations.
• Data Security and Governance: Define tenant isolation, data access controls, encryption, retention.
• Infrastructure Cost and FinOps Strategy: Manage costs, budgeting, ROI, and cost visibility across teams.
• Business Ownership and Commercial Strategy: Own ARR, retention, pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning.
