With a deep understanding of the business, we identify and scope out the most impactful opportunities for Brex to tackle. We are responsible for aligning cross-functional teams — such as Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Design — on key decisions. We set strategy and drive products from inception to launch, enabling Brex to grow rapidly and help our customers reach their full potential.
As a Staff Product Manager at Brex, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy, technical depth, and business impact. You will define and drive multi-quarter strategy within one of Brex’s most critical product domains, leading initiatives that materially shape the company’s trajectory. You will be expected to identify the highest-leverage problems, frame them with rigor, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver step-function improvements in customer value, revenue, efficiency, or distribution. You will work directly with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and GTM. You will influence decisions beyond your immediate team and elevate the standards of product thinking across the organization.
This role will be based in either our San Francisco, Seattle or New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office at least three days per week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to four weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time.
The expected salary range for this role is $240,000 - $300,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
