Experience building platform or financial infrastructure products is strongly preferred.* **Strategic rigor:** Proven ability to define product strategy that translates into measurable business outcomes.* **Technical depth:** Strong fluency in technical systems and architecture. You are comfortable discussing APIs, data models, experimentation frameworks, and system tradeoffs with engineers.* **Analytical excellence:** Highly data-driven. Strong experience defining metrics, running experiments, and using SQL (or similar tools) to guide decisions.* **Executive communication:** Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence senior stakeholders through structured thinking and compelling narratives.* **Systems mindset:** Ability to reason holistically across product, technical, operational, compliance, and revenue systems.* **High standards:** Demonstrated ability to raise the quality bar — for product thinking, execution, and customer experience.## **Compensation**The expected salary range for this role is $240,000 - $300,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.*Please be aware, job-seekers may be at risk of targeting by malicious actors looking for personal data.
