The Staff Product Manager for Personalized Activations will define and execute our personalization strategy, focusing on enhancing the customer journey through relevant recommendations based on intent and shopping behavior. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Data Science, Analytics, and Business teams to surface key insights and improve personalization metrics.

What you'll do...
  • Develop and implement a personalization strategy aligned with business goals to improve customer experience.
  • Use data-driven approaches to recommend items and personalize content across various touchpoints, working closely with data scientists and analytics teams.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and refine products using A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation methods.
  • Leverage data insights to inform product decisions and collaborate across teams to enhance customer experience and drive growth.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and performance to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to keep our personalization strategies competitive.
What You'll Bring...
  • 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in personalization and item recommendation in e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, data science principles, and experience working with AI-driven products.
