Job summary

Parloa in the United States seeks a Staff Product Engineer to work with our enterprise customers, building the production-grade integrations that make AI agents useful. You’ll own architecture decisions and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.

You’ll mentor engineers, partner with customers’ senior tech leaders, and shape what’s built into Parloa’s core platform. Travel up to 25% is expected as you expand strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development.
• Fluent in TypeScript or Python.
• 5+ years leading the design and architecture of large-scale production systems.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hardest engagements and architecture decisions.
• Build integrations and capabilities not covered by AMP.
• Own production readiness, security, and incident playbooks.
• Grow accounts and feed product roadmaps with customer learnings.
• Collaborate with senior technical stakeholders and mentors.
