Gas City, Inc. is building the open-source stack teams use to run coding agents at scale. You will own large slices of the system end to end—Beads Team Server, Hosted Gas City, and the open-source queue—and you’ll operate what you ship and stand behind it.

This is a full-time, remote position with solid overlap with US Pacific Time. The compensation ranges from $180,000 to $240,000, with equity, comprehensive benefits, and a home-office budget.
