A fast-growing Series A AI company building intelligent infrastructure software that helps engineering teams investigate, resolve, and prevent production issues.
This team is building an AI-native platform designed to give engineers their time back. Rather than forcing teams to jump between cloud consoles, observability tools, codebases, and operational workflows when something breaks, the product brings those signals together through an intelligent agent capable of investigating complex systems, surfacing answers, and automating resolution.
The business already has meaningful commercial traction, generating approximately $3M ARR from its existing infrastructure product while expanding into a much broader AI-native platform. With established customers and enterprise pilots underway, the team is now scaling product engineering to support the next phase of growth.
We’re hiring a Staff Product Engineer to own high-impact, customer-facing product initiatives from initial PRD through production.
This is a highly product-oriented engineering role for someone who enjoys operating across the stack, making decisions in ambiguous environments, and working directly with users. You’ll build agent-powered experiences spanning frontend interfaces, APIs, data models, and backend systems, while helping shape both the product and the technical direction of the engineering organization.
You won’t be handed tightly scoped tickets. You’ll be expected to understand the customer problem, determine the right technical approach, ship quickly, gather feedback, and iterate.
Within your first 30 days, you’ll be expected to ship a production feature and take ownership of a customer-facing initiative. By 60 days, you’ll be leading features end-to-end and driving releases from early alpha through GA.
This is an opportunity to join a well-funded, commercially proven startup at the point where its product is expanding into a significantly larger market.
You’ll work on challenging problems at the intersection of AI agents, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, and observability, with unusually direct ownership over what gets built and how customers experience it.
If you want to build sophisticated AI products that interact with real-world production systems and see your work reach customers quickly this is a chance to have substantial impact while the product and engineering organization are still being shaped.
