Job summary

Infineon Technologies in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to shape the future of power and IoT semiconductor products. You will lead test program development, data-driven failure analysis, and design-for-test initiatives across hardware and software interfaces.

Qualifications

• BSEE with a minimum 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• In-depth knowledge of mixed-signal electronic products and processes.
• Fundamental understanding of product design implementation and NPI milestones.
• Knowledge of silicon product manufacturing process, including wafer fabrication, wafer probe testing, device assembly, and final electrical testing as they pertain to meeting datasheet specifications, yields, and PPM.
• Knowledge of package and device level reliability stresses and the associated failures.
• Ability to understand application conditions and datasheet specifications and how they are related to the automated test program.
• Experience with Silicon.da, Galaxy Examinator and/or JMP data analysis tools.
• Experience with V93K, Teradyne (Eagle) ETS and/or J750 test platforms is preferred.
• Good coding skills and experience with AI tools are preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 10% (domestic and International)

• Knowledge of package and device level reliability stresses and the associated failures

Salary pay information

In the United States, it is required to disclose a salary range to applicants. The Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in the United States is:

El Segundo, CA: Minimum of $109,280.00 Salary per year/ Maximum of $150,260.00 Salary per year

Andover, MA: Minimum of $102,000.00 Salary per year/ Maximum of $140,250.00 Salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
