Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking a Staff Product Designer to expand its autonomous pentesting solution portfolio. You’ll translate complex cybersecurity concepts into intuitive experiences, partner with engineers and product teams, and shape future product categories.

You’ll own design systems, wireframes, and prototypes while ensuring accessibility and impact. You will collaborate across customers and engineers to bring concepts to life, deliver elegant interfaces, and drive adoption in enterprise SaaS

Qualifications

10+ years of UX and/or Product Design experience.
5+ years of experience designing in the enterprise SaaS and/or B2B security domain.
World-class product designs shipped with a focus on simple, intuitive solutions; UX portfolio link required.
Experience with Design Systems and contributing to component libraries.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with stakeholders and peers.
Deep understanding of technical limitations and front-end development techniques (HTML, CSS, JS).
Experience gathering feedback from customers and internal teams to drive design decisions.

Responsibilities

Translate complex security concepts into intuitive product experiences.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to define patterns and guidelines.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma.
Ensure accessibility and WCAG 2.2 compliance in designs and systems.
Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across products.
Incorporate user research and usability testing to improve engagement and satisfaction.
