Learning Commons in San Francisco, CA is building AI infrastructure to connect learning with the tools students use. The Staff Product Designer role focuses on developer experience end to end and shaping onboarding, dataset catalog, and interactive experiences for trial before commitment.

You will define what good looks like for developers, lead design across platform surfaces, expand the dataset catalog, and mentor designers while collaborating with engineers to ship fast using AI-native

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional design experience.
• Strong visual craft paired with product thinking and brand expression.
• Experience looping design systems into daily work with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic product ownership across a platform in production.

Responsibilities

• Own developer experience end to end and translate insights into a roadmap.
• Design developer integration views from zero and define success metrics.
• Lead cross-team design work to make the platform feel like one product.
• Extend the dataset catalog and access experiences with new features.
• Set and raise the craft bar by mentoring designers and reviewing work.
