A leading technology organization based in Myrtle Point is seeking a UX Designer to lead efforts in Firefox Mobile. This role involves translating user needs into intuitive designs, advocating for best practices, and collaborating with various teams. Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in UX design, with strong skills in mobile-first design and tools like Figma. Lead UX efforts for major initiatives in Firefox Mobile, with a strong focus on visual craft and interaction design. You\'ll translate user needs and business goals into polished, intuitive experiences that feel native and high-quality on every touchpoint.
Design and prototype intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling mobile experiences that support Firefox’s core values of privacy, security, and performance.
Create design storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate intent and for conducting qualitative and quantitative research
Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to align design decisions with business objectives, technical feasibility, and user needs.
Advocate for mobile-first UX best practices, ensuring high usability across different devices and screen sizes.
Contribute to and evolve the Design System, ensuring consistency and usability across mobile platforms.
Support product strategy from concept to completion for critical user journeys and finding opportunities
