Job summary

Nooks in San Francisco is seeking a staff product designer to unify the Agent Workspace and to define what it looks like for a person and a team of agents to sell together. You’ll be the one to do it. This is an IC role, working closely with our head of design.

Set the design direction for the Agent Workspace. Define the interaction model, information architecture, and core patterns that unify our product lines. Make the calls other designers and engineers build against.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience, with leadership in a meaningful product area.
• Prototype and ship front-end work daily in production codebases.
• Sales/domain experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Strong opinions about human-agent collaboration, held loosely.

Responsibilities

• Define interaction models for the Agent Workspace and establish IA.
• Ship end-to-end features from customer problem to production.
• Collaborate with customers through calls and shadowing reps to validate designs.
• Lead design system evolution and run the hardest crits to raise craft.
