Assort Health is hiring a Staff Product Designer to shape AI-native product experiences for clinic staff, patients, and internal teams. You’ll connect workflows to a coherent vision, tackle ambiguous problems, and drive growth through thoughtful, high‑quality design.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, and GTM leadership to identify problems, influence priorities, and move from discovery to launch, building shared systems and standards that help teams work more effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping complex digital products and leading design initiatives across teams.
• Strong ability to translate vision into practical steps and roadmaps.
• Proven track record in healthcare or AI-driven products is highly valued.
