Okta seeks an experienced Finance Technology Product Analyst to optimize and support end-to-end S2P processes. You will lead functional architecture, configuration, and integration across Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, and Kyriba, translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will partner with Finance, Procurement, and Accounting to refine requirements, guide project execution, and ensure SOX-compliant controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years dedicated experience as a Product Analyst focused on solutioning, analysis, and design.
• Deep domain knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes (e-procurement, invoice processing, treasury operations).
• Hands-on functional expertise with core systems like Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, and Kyriba.
• Certifications in Coupa, NetSuite, or Treasury (CTP, PMI-PBA, CBAP) are highly preferred.

• Reporting to the Director - Finance Technology, this role will serve as the functional expert optimizing and supporting our end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) processes
• Based in Chicago, IL or Bellevue, WA, you will drive the functional architecture, configuration, and continuous optimization of key financial systems while translating complex business requirements into technical solutions
• This is a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional finance technology initiatives and leverage your S2P expertise to build scalable, compliant, and highly integrated enterprise solutions
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Accounting stakeholders to analyze, refine, and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions within Okta’s S2P ecosystem
• Drive the functional architecture, configuration, and optimization of key financial systems (Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, Kyriba) while mapping end-to-end data flows and automated banking file transfers
• Lead cross-functional project execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, and post-implementation support for critical finance technology initiatives
• Establish robust system controls, audit trails, and data governance standards for SOX compliance, while designing and building GenAI and MCP integrations with financial systems
• High-Visibility Impact: You will be the functional expert steering the end-to-end transformation of Okta’s core procurement and financial operations, directly managing complex system releases and vendor relationships in a high-growth SaaS environment
