Job summary

Okta is seeking a seasoned Product Analyst to optimize and lead end-to-end Source to Pay processes. Based in Chicago, IL or Bellevue, WA, you will architect and configure core financial systems and translate complex business needs into scalable tech solutions.

You will partner with Finance, Procurement, and Accounting to map data flows, ensure SOX compliance, and drive critical system releases in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Analyst focused on solutioning, analysis, and design.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
• Deep domain knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes and core systems.
• Experience with Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, and Kyriba Pay.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Accounting stakeholders to analyze and translate requirements into technical solutions for S2P.
• Drive functional architecture, configuration, and optimization of financial systems and data flows.
• Lead cross-functional project execution, UAT, release management, and post-implementation support.
• Establish robust controls, audit trails, and data governance for SOX compliance and GenAI/MCP integrations.
