Qualifications

• Experience with catheter, balloon and extrusion processes.
• Experience with design control documents for medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead catheter, extrusion and balloon development in a team environment.
• Perform process analysis, improvements and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Develop and execute validation protocols.
• Mentor engineers and lead cross-site projects.
• Plan and design new process parameters, tooling, and methods.
