Twenty is seeking an accomplished backend engineer to architect and build high-throughput services that handle real-time data streams. You will lead technical design reviews and raise engineering standards through disciplined code reviews and incident practices.

The role requires 10+ years in backend systems and 4+ years with Golang or similar languages, plus strong security fundamentals and mentoring experience. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic New York environment.
