Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Staff System Architecture and Design Engineer in Data Center & Energy (DCE) to own high-voltage power converter system development, from architecture to integration with DC/DC modules for AI data centers.

You will collaborate across silicon, firmware, software, and validation teams to deliver efficient, robust power solutions, including GaN/SiC devices, 800V architectures, and EMI-compliant designs; requires MS in EE and 3+ years in power

Qualifications

• M.S. or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of power-converter project experience (DC/DC/AC/DC/inverter).
• Strong knowledge of LLC, phase-shifted full bridge, DAB, MMC topologies.
• Deep expertise in voltage/current mode control and digital compensation.
• Experience with GaN/SiC devices and lab debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize multi-kW intelligent system products including high voltage PDBs, DC/DC modules and intelligent power for AI data center.
• Own the debug, testing, bring-up, and troubleshooting of system prototype in lab with measurements.
• Perform system modeling, simulation, validation, and troubleshooting for robust system performance.
• Develop power modules and system products with electrical, thermal, and mechanical integration.
• Collaborate with silicon, firmware, software, and validation teams to deliver integrated solutions.
