Job summary

Twenty builds AI-enabled technology for mission-critical cyber operations. We seek a Staff Product Manager to own data and platform services powering applications and agentic workflows across our product ecosystem.

You will treat engineers as customers, turning needs into reusable capabilities and aligning teams on interfaces and reliability. You will build platform services enabling complex, autonomous offensive cyber capabilities while partnering with security-focused practitioners and

Qualifications

Substantive experience in at least one offensive cyber operations discipline.
Strong product judgment and the ability to translate technical needs into user-centered direction.
Credible with engineers on integrations, data quality, and security tradeoffs.
Comfort with ambiguity and hands-on collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own discovery, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and iteration for offensive-security capabilities.
Translate practitioner workflows into clear product experiences.
Partner with engineers and users to define data needs and reliable behavior.
Make tradeoffs across speed, usability, accuracy, and compliance.
Set success metrics and iterate based on user feedback.
Communicate strategy and tradeoffs to leadership and teams.
