Huntress is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the connected product strategy across Core Platform and Platform Value. You will own shared foundations and user experiences that partners configure and act on, spanning identity, SSO, RBAC, and dashboards.

This hands-on IC role requires shaping product outcomes, mentoring teams, and delivering measurable value for MSPs while collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Security.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management with growing scope and impact.
• 2+ years of direct MSP business model experience and workflows.
• 3+ years as a platform PM owning shared services, APIs, data models or interfaces.

Responsabilités

• Set and communicate the integrated product vision for Core Platform and Platform Value.
• Own and align a roadmap balancing platform foundations with partner-visible value.
• Lead strategy across platform capabilities (identity, SSO, RBAC, accounts, audit logs).
• Lead partner-facing experiences (reporting, dashboards, onboarding, workflows).
• Understand MSPs and their clients, including workflows and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with design to research problems, test concepts, and prototype UX.
