Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering leadership in SaaS
- Director level or higher experience (5+ years)
- Hands‑on with Claude Code or similar AI tools
- Experience with scalable delivery, site reliability, developer experience
- Experience building and leading high‑volume, scalable platforms
- Ability to align architecture, product, and engineering visions
- Experience in fully remote environments
Responsibilities
- Deliver performant, scalable products iteratively and balance value with long‑term evolution
- Set technical roadmap and best practices for the product platform
- Experiment with AI tooling and improve efficiency
- Attract, recruit, and retain top engineering talent
- Coach engineering managers and build strong leadership teams
- Provide feedback and run performance conversations to drive excellence
- Measure engineering throughput and adjust team structure as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with Architecture, Product, and Threat Operations teams
- Partner with leaders to keep teams aligned with customer needs
