Cacheflow is looking for a Staff Platform Engineer to enhance the tools and platform for internal engineering teams. This pivotal role will focus on improving developer efficiency, tooling, and seamless integration of development processes.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience with NodeJS and React, alongside a background in AWS and Agile methodologies. A hybrid model allows for flexibility, encouraging productivity while fostering collaboration among high-impact teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a software engineer, delivering complex solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with NodeJS and React; familiarity with NestJS or NextJS is a plus.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills and understanding of algorithms and web services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive platform for internal development workflows.
• Lead the creation of developer tools for CI/CD processes.
• Implement monitoring tools for application performance insights.
