Job summary

ServiceTitan is building the Developer Platform for enterprise-scale SaaS: a shared engineering ecosystem that powers seamless, high-velocity software delivery across our entire product footprint.

This is an individual-contributor role with outsized scope: you'll set technical direction, make architecture calls that other engineers build against, and personally ship the hardest, highest-leverage parts of the platform.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of software engineering experience with platform or DevX leadership.
• Hands-on coding, design reviews, and production debugging experience.
• Experience owning CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and internal developer tools.
• Strong knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for the DevX platform and define long-term design tradeoffs.
• Design and ship the highest-leverage platform components with minimal handoff.
• Review designs and code, acting as escalation point for architecture decisions.
• Debug the hardest production issues in the platform and reduce toil.
• Partner with Product, Security, SRE, and domain engineering to align roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and EMs through code reviews and design sessions.
• Translate DevX strategy into a concrete technical roadmap for teams.
• Represent the platform in cross-functional reviews and set standards.
• Own AI-assisted developer tooling and runtime infrastructure for production use.
