Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to lead platform initiatives across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and internal tooling. You will mentor engineers, influence the technical direction, and partner with teams to raise reliability and efficiency.

You will own end‑to‑end designs, drive architecture decisions, and champion best practices in production systems.

Competenze

• Proven track record leading complex platform initiatives in fast environments.
• Strong background in backend and distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with IaC and automation tooling.
