Job summary

Ciridae is seeking a senior software engineer to co-own Crucible’s architecture and evolution. You will help build deployment systems, developer tooling, services, and abstractions that power customer applications, expanding capabilities so FDEs can build more and deploy faster.

You will provide technical leadership through architecture, system design, code review, and documentation, while hands-on implementing improvements across Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability to improve

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with platform ownership.
• Staff-level impact through technical direction and cross-team influence.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or TypeScript for cloud-native systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and multi-cloud deployments.
• Strong APIs, data stores, security, and observability fundamentals.
• Proven ability to diagnose live issues and improve reliability.

Responsibilities

• Co-own Crucible’s architecture and deployment evolution.
• Build deployment systems, developer tooling, services, and platform patterns.
• Lead through architecture, code reviews, and engineering standards.
• Improve reliability, security, and operational efficiency in production.
