Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps/Platform Eng/SRE or related senior role.
• Strong experience with AWS and CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI).
• Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform or Pulumi).
• Experience supporting CI/CD and release infrastructure for production mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Experience in financial services/fintech with security/compliance requirements.
• Proven track record improving developer workflows and collaborating across engineering teams.
• Nice-to-have: React Native/Expo, mobile preview environments, Appetize.
• Nice-to-have: Blockchain/crypto experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve SDLC infrastructure with a focus on reliability and velocity.
• Automate mobile release workflows across iOS, Android, and Chrome.
• Oversee automated end-to-end testing across mobile and web.
• Improve CI/CD pipeline performance, reliability, and observability.
• Partner with engineering on SDLC/DevEx improvements and preview environments.
• Help ensure security/compliance for build, release, and deployment of financial products.
• Provide technical leadership across build, test, release, and deployment workflows.
