Job summary

David Joseph & Company is building a CFO office AI operating system. You will own the platform layer that supports agent frameworks, context systems, orchestration, verification, observability, and data infrastructure for production workflows.

You will work on bottleneck identification across engineering, focusing on speed and reliability. On-site in NYC with startup hours, 6 days a week, offering $200,000–$250,000 salary plus equity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in agentic-AI with a research-oriented background.
• 8+ years in software engineering with distributed-systems depth or platform ownership.
• Experience owning platform-layer that spans multiple teams.
• Startup experience from pre-seed to Series B.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform layer across agent frameworks, context systems, orchestration, verification, observability, and data infra.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive engineering-wide improvements without waiting for PM guidance.
