Promoting provider best practices and ensuring that we provide the highest quality of care to Thirty Madison patients everywhere is vital to supporting that customer experience. Accordingly, we’re looking for a patient-obsessed and quality-focused physician to join KMG Medical Group as a staff level telemedicine provider to see patients on our telemedicine platform and focus on delivering quality medical expertise through virtual care.

In this role, you’ll practice in an enriching environment focused on delivering quality care in a system dedicated to evidence-based medicine with advanced decision-support tools, and clinical support. You are the ideal Physician Provider if you are highly motivated by the opportunity KMG presents to dramatically redefine how care is delivered to millions of patients. • The base pay range for this position is $226,56 - $267,800 per year**

**Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and in some cases licensure. What you get to do every day

• Consult and treat patients experiencing a variety of conditions
• Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plans
• Collaborate cross functionally for operational support as needed
• Respond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state information privacy laws
• Consult and treat patients with mental health conditions
• Other duties as assigned

What you bring to the role

• MD/DO with ABMS Board Certification in either Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Experience treating depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions
• Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses
• Must be able to work at least 16 weekend hours a month
• Must be able to work 4 holidays and holiday weekends annually
• Physicians are required to have collaborative agreements with up to 10 Advanced Practice Providers
• No restrictions to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers
• Able to deliver to patients empathetic high-quality care
• Willingness to work across various conditions/service lines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• At least two (2) years of telehealth experience
• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus
• Willingness to work regular weekends or evenings
