Minimum Qualifications
  • Medical degree (M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent)
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
  • Licensed or eligible for license in Pennsylvania
  • Completion of an accredited residency
  • Board eligible or certified by an appropriate specialty board
