Staff Physician - Abington Psychiatry at Jefferson Health encompasses Abington Hospital in Abington, PA, and Abington Lansdale Hospital in Hatfield Township, PA, along with various outpatient settings across Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. We are currently seeking a full-time Psychiatrist for the Department of Psychiatry.
The Psychiatrist will provide clinical support to a large ambulatory network, including Behavioral Health Counselors supporting Bariatrics and Ob/Gyn. The call schedule involves 4 nights per month for admissions and crisis management, with a competitive salary.
Jefferson Health's Department of Psychiatry offers comprehensive mental health services for patients of all ages, including inpatient care for adults and geriatrics, outpatient services with private practitioners, and a 24/7 crisis service. Our team treats a wide range of disorders such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, substance use disorders, relationship issues, and psychosis. Therapies provided include individual psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, medication management, biofeedback, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
